All housings are made of UPVC and are capable of holding standard 10" or 20" cartridges.
10 micron (upgradable up to 2 micron upon demand) SS-316 Mesh Sediment Removal Filter from Flagship India.
UF Membrane Module used FI-204 (ABS).
10 " or 20" Compacted Activated Carbon Block.
Specialty Resins used for removal of Arsenic / Fluoride / Uranium etc. made by Resintech, USA.
Feed Pumps used in the systems are either Manual Hand Pump / Manually Operated Diaphragm Hand Pump / 0.1 HP Centrifugal Pump.
All plumbing is done with push-fit, quick connect fittings for flexible PE pipes.
Pipeline is food grade PE flexible pipe.
Pumps, plumbing, electrical parts used in the systems are all of international standard or conforming to client's specific country if so requested.
Flowrate (depending on feed water quality) for systems with 10" cartridges:
With 0.1 HP centrifugal pump: 25~35 Lt. per hour.
With Manual Hand Pump: 20~25 Lt. per hour depending on feed water quality.
With Manually Operated Diaphragm Hand Pump: 25~35 Lt. per hour depending on feed water quality.
Flowrate (depending on feed water quality) for systems with 20" cartridges:
With 0.1 HP centrifugal pump: 50~60 Lt. per hour.
With Manual Hand Pump: 20~30 Lt. per hour depending on feed water quality.
With Manually Operated Diaphragm Hand Pump: 40~50 Lt. per hour depending on feed water quality.
About the system:
Unique features of the system are primary sediment and solids removal by customized SS-316 mesh Filter, which protects the UF Membrane for a longer life.
It is followed by 0.02 micron robust UF Membrane which serves the client over a good long period of time.
In extreme situations like flood or any other disaster, additional dosing of Cl or Silver Ion dosing in the form of Colloidal or Nano Silver emulsion, can also be considered if and as permitted by the authorities, according to the laws of that country.
Efficiency of the system can be viewed from a larger system deployed at an Indian Army Hospital, with 3 stages of similar filter elements of larger size.
